Cutting and styling is one charge — separate from the blow dry, which is another charge.

I think that is kinda strange, my stylist never charges me extra for that! I go to Ulta to have my hair done!
Maybe your thinking of a blowout? That’s a whole different thing for getting your hair blow dried. I would pay extra for that!

DUMB..i never get my hair blown dried after i get it done..
Besides when they blow dry my hair they like BURN my scalp, b/c they sit on one spot..i HATE that.
I’d rather let my hair air dry and save the damage.

why wouldnt they. blow drying uses electricity, which costs money.
